Carrie Underwood will be performing her soon-to-be released single at the 53rd Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday, April 15th.
This will be the first time Underwood has taken the stage since her nasty fall at her home in Nashville last November.
After her fall in November, Carrie had to undergo surgery for a broken wrist and get 40 to 50 stitches on her face.
On Friday Carrie posted a photo on Instagram of herself at rehearsals. This is the first image she’s shared of her full face since the accident.
The 53rd ACM Awards, hosted by Reba McEntire will air on CBS, April 15th at 8 p.m ET/PT.
Carrie is nominated for Female of the Year as well as Vocal Event of the Year for “The Fighter” with Keith Urban.
